Tips for the Perfect Handwriting Photo

To make sure your handwriting engraves beautifully, please follow these tips when taking your photo:

  • Write clearly on plain white paper using a dark pen (black or navy ink works best)
  • Try to write roughly at the size of the pendant you've chosen — we'll crop and fit the image, but matching the scale helps keep it legible
  • Take the photo in good, even lighting, held directly above the paper, and make sure it's in focus
  • Crop the photo closely around the handwriting
