Returns & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered production, particularly for personalized items, we are unable to cancel or make changes. Since many of our products are customized, production begins quickly to ensure timely delivery.
You can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly. First, double-check your order details to confirm that everything was placed correctly, including any personalization. Then, reach out to our Customer Care Team with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
Non-personalized jewelry is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Personalized jewelry is made specifically for you; therefore, it can be exchanged, or you can receive a store credit. Please note that earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, you must request it via our contact form within 14 days of delivery. Please don't forget to add your order number to your message.
